By choosing Heritage Craft, you are not just buying a product, you are becoming a part of a 90-year-old tradition. These terms ensure that our relationship remains as durable as our leather.

1. Product Authenticity & Natural Variations

At Heritage Craft, we pride ourselves on using 100% genuine cow leather.

  • Please note that leather is a natural material. Authentic leather may feature natural markings, grain variations, or slight color differences.
  • These are not defects but rather hallmarks of high-quality, genuine hides. By purchasing, you acknowledge that each handcrafted piece is unique.

2. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Errors in product description or pricing.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent transactions. If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Pricing & Online Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment Method: Currently, we only accept secure Online Payments (Bank Transfer/Credit Card/Debit Card) at the time of checkout.
  • Your order will be processed and confirmed only after the payment is successfully verified. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver across Pakistan within 3-7 working days.

  • While we strive for punctuality, Heritage Craft is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen national circumstances.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at the time of checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including the "Heritage Craft" name, logos, product photography, and the "Our Legacy" story—is the exclusive property of Heritage Craft. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Heritage Craft shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of our products. Our leather goods are designed for durability, but proper care is required by the user to maintain their longevity.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
