At Heritage Craft, we aim to deliver our handcrafted leather legacy to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Since each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch, we follow a structured shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

• Once your Online Payment is verified, your order is processed within 24 to 48 hours.
• Please note that our artisans work on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Twin Cities (Rawalpindi/Islamabad): 2 to 3 working days.
• Other Cities in Pakistan: 3 to 7 working days.
• Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the parcel.
• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs.(10,000 to 20,000).

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey through our courier partner’s website.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the provided address is incorrect or the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
