To ensure a transparent and smooth process, we strictly require an "Unboxing Video." * We request our valued customers to record a short video while opening the parcel for the first time.

  • This video serves as proof in case the product is damaged during transit or if the wrong item is received.
  • Without an unboxing video, it becomes difficult for us to verify the claim and process an exchange. This step protects both you and our artisans.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. However, if the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent), Heritage Craft will cover the replacement shipping costs.
