1. Can I order a custom design or change an existing one?
Yes, absolutely! At Heritage Craft, we specialize in "Made-to-Order" leather goods. If you have a specific design in mind or want to customize one of our articles (change color, size, or pockets), we can do it for you.
2. How do I place a custom order?
The best way to discuss your custom design is through our WhatsApp or our Instagram/Facebook and TikTok accounts. You can share your reference photos there, and our master artisans will guide you on the possibilities and pricing.
3. How long does a custom order take?
Since custom pieces are handcrafted from scratch according to your requirements, they usually take 7 to 14 working days to be completed and shipped. Quality takes time, and we ensure every stitch is perfect.
4. Do you use 100% Genuine Leather?
Yes. We only use 100% authentic cow leather. We do not use synthetic, rexine, or "PU" leather. Our 90-year legacy is built on the trust of providing pure, durable leather that lasts a lifetime.
5. Why do I have to pay online instead of COD?
Since we often work on custom-made orders specifically for you, we require online payment to confirm the order and begin the crafting process. This ensures that the high-quality materials and artisan time are dedicated to a serious buyer.
6. Can I see the product before it's shipped?
Yes! Especially for custom orders, you can request a photo or video of your finished product on WhatsApp before we dispatch it. This way, you can be 100% sure of what you are receiving.
7. What if I want to exchange my order?
We offer an exchange if the product is damaged or different from what was discussed. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for more details, and remember to record an unboxing video when you receive your parcel.
